Everyone must print out the first 4 forms, sign (parent or legal guardian) bring to the first day of camp and Submit online Health Insurance card information.
IMPORTANT: Participants will be unable to engage in camp activities until IHCR is in possession of these signed forms.
(We will have extras at the bus on Monday mornings and at the Ranch, in case they are forgotten.)
