Doing the latter may take you to the wrong business in the wrong location ( lots of Iron Horse businesses ..etc paving company), especially if using Apple iphone’s “Maps” app. Don’t leave out the “E.” for East FM…
We are located straight up US 183 north of Austin, about 30 miles. Left on E. FM 243 for about 3.1 miles – our entrance will be on the right-hand side of the road.
