We use an app called Campanion to keep in touch with parents during camp. Pictures, articles, and more while your camper is at Champions—it’s almost like going to camp with your child!
In the event of a cancellation, fees will be refunded according to the following schedule (deposit is non-refundable after February 1): 91 or more days prior to the first day of the term: 75% of tuition-less-deposit refunded 61-90 days prior to the first day of the term: 50% of tuition-less-deposit refunded 31-60 days prior to the first day of the term: 25% of tuition-less-deposit refunded Less than 30 days prior to the first day of the term: We are unable to offer a refund.
The deposit is fully refundable until December 1 and half-refundable until February 1. After this date, the deposit may be carried over to the following summer only, and may not be transferred to siblings or other campers.
No discounts can be given for late arrivals or early departures.
Our camp store operates on the “Champ” system. Campers receive champs each week as part of the tuition that you pay. They get the opportunity to spend their Champs at our camp store, Kneeman Markus. You can purchase extra champs for your camper(s) on our camp store website.
No need for money at camp – we only use CHAMPS!

Our Saturday Family Ride Days kick off with check-in at 9:30am and end either at Noon for morning session only registrants or 2:30pm plus pool time for Full Day participants.
9:30-12pm Morning Ride and Training session.
At the end of this session our riding program has ended. You and your family have the option of using our pool until 3:30 prior to returning home, so bring your swim suits and towels if you’d like! (NOTE: Lifeguards are not available during our off-season. Children must be supervised by parents at the pool.)
2:30-3:30pm Our Ride Day is concluded, outside of pool time.
Everyone likes to talk after riding and our coaches are there to answer questions, review what’s learned and take group photos. Photos are also taken during the day for riders to access online later, at no extra cost.
